Pros

None unless you like punching a clock, getting a check and have no career ambitions or goals in life.

Cons

No raises unless you’re there 4+ years and beg for one. No formal job reviews. No goals or any type of metrics to evaluate yourself but it doesn’t matter because no reviews or raises. It’s downtown so higher taxes and you pay for parking. Management is unprofessional and nothing is important to them except sales. No career path.

Pros

Large variety of capabilities that allow customers to have options available to them.

Cons

Leadership heavy and structure could be better aligned. Pay increases could use some TLC as they don't come unless you ask even though quotas would increase and cost of living increases.

Strong community of coworkers Accessibility to management for problems and communication

Cons

Same as with all federal based contractors, this is a small community
