Pros

Lots of flexibility and low demands.

Cons

GSU suffers from poor management and even poorer morale. Grand ideas for what the school could be are dreamt up, but no plans are developed to enact these ideas effectively. Administration can't lead the faculty, and the faculty won't lead themselves. The morale of GSU is one where people do not think beyond their own job description to consider the good of the university nor the good of the students. Overall, the students lose because of this.

Pros

The work environment was great. There was a lot of camaraderie among us all. My responsibilities were fulfilling. I received a lot of mentorship from my supervisors.

Cons

The only con was the fact that I was remote in Long Beach, CA. They are based in University Park, IL.

State benefits that help those in the right position

Cons

They coddle under performing workers too much and the make it real hard to let go of them under the guise of some "woke" methodology of giving way too many chances. No wonder the university is losing money with under performing employees doing the bar minimum to collect state employment benefits
