Pros
It's a pay cheque, not a big one, but it's still a pay cheque.
Cons
Management. HR. Really bad stuff happening here. Management talks behind staffs backs, in the direct view of other staff. Has no one told them that this is not a good thing to do? It gets back to the staff, what management is saying about their low paid employees.
