      Wonderful people work here and changing projects/locations frequently makes for an interesting work flow.

      Cons

      Requires lots of inter-island travel, unpredictable hours including night shifts, and sometimes work culture is very punitive. Gender pay gaps were unfair.

      Pros

      Had some great guys to work with my supervisor was not only a boss but a great friend as well really cared about his men under him

      Cons

      Management were always trying to make tension between the different departments brought the moral way down where we didn't work as 1 unit
