      Nothing. If you have to report to Darci, Sanford, Sandra, or David DO NOT JOIN. They are truly rude and disrespectful to their employees. It’s disgusting. If you’re on the union side you’ll be safe, but the corporate side is terrible. Terrible pay. Terrible leadership. No aloha spirit. No respect. It’s a joke.

      Everything. Pay, treatment, workload, disrespectful managers. If you work there, good luck to your mental state.

      Pros

      Had some great guys to work with my supervisor was not only a boss but a great friend as well really cared about his men under him

      Cons

      Management were always trying to make tension between the different departments brought the moral way down where we didn't work as 1 unit
