Amazing place to work, from awful place to work. - Enrollment Counselor Graduation Alliance Employee Review

The job was initially about the students, the CEO changed and very rapidly the environment changed to be about meeting metrics and making money. I was told I would be able to use my teaching experience and I was never given the opportunity. I was stuck in an enrollment counselor position which changed from building relationships with students to get them excited and ready to be back into school into an numbers based keep them billable to the school district instead of kids finishing school. Very disappointed with how fast things changed.
