You get to help students set goals and complete them.

Cons

Things changed when the new CEO came in and made changes good and mostly bad. There is no longer a focus for the best of the students. Numbers are a priority and pressure to enroll as much students whether the students wants to or not, as long as the numbers are high. I noticed many people quitting for this reason. Many workers that have dedicated their years for these students are now gone and are now hiring people with SALES experience, of course to keep the numbers up. really not the place to work anymore.
