Pros

Work life balance, good salary, great coworkers & supervisors, fulfilling work, great benefits. They said their goal is to roll out at least one new improvement for benefits every year

Cons

The stuff you hear about is heavy. I called CPS twice last week about things I wish I could forget I heard. Burnout can happen if you’re not careful because your heart will break for the people you work with. Invest in self care or therapy for the long term
