Flexible hours and family-oriented. It is so rare to find a job that values and understands the importance of family. I have never had to stress about losing my job because one of my children came down with an illness or had to miss out on important events with family.

It would be nice if the pay increased with the cost of living. I know this is an issue all across the job market right now, though. Inflation has increased so drastically, but wages have not. Not many career opportunities to move up from my position.

Some people there actually care about the work. Overall, general employees great.

Very shady business practices. Unethical and occasionally immoral. Lots of dishonesty, and theft from customer by way of lying. Abuse of use of equipment. Time theft from upper management. Extremely disorganized. Corporate refuses to acknowledge management issues and bows to appease rather than do what’s right. It’s a put up and shutup situation, there are repercussions for having an opinion.
