Pros
The team I worked for was awesome and it felt like family, apart from the odds ones that created conflicts. Grainger salary and bonuses are very good and you get paid on time. When Grainger first moved to the UAE the manager at the time was excellent and always supportive of work and outside of it.
Cons
The current manager is a nightmare and has bad managerial skills. Has a lot of training to do. The Dubai office went from being a small family to just a mess. The company is definitely struggling due to bad performing oil market and they are not doing anything to diversify into a new market. Nobody's job is safe. They are constantly making cuts and it's pointless to join a company that is very unstable. Manager is making unrealistic sales forecast hence putting pressure on sales team
