Pros
Profit Sharing, Benefits, and for the most part teamwork on the local level.
Cons
Greed; taking money away from sellers by inflating list prices and forcing sales staff to discount higher and receive less credit. Taking money away from Sales to fund all new programs. Competing against their own workers by selling product for a lot less on a new on-line company venture. Management for sellers incompetent; couldn't sell themselves, but drink the corporate kool-aid. Goals change when wall street questions forecasts. Unethical dealings with staff get swept under the rug.
