Great people, interesting customers, opportunity to make good money if you get a realistic budget
Cons
Very focused on performance metrics and not sales. Budgets are not set based on account manager input of territory so can be unreasonable, which means your dont make commissions based on their structure. Time needed to support customers, develop relationships, complete admin tasks regularly tops 60 hours a week. Depending on your manager's interpretation of the "rules" directly impact your ability to do your job. To focused on making everyone adopt their new way of doing business instead of embracing what make their sales force successful and the reason they were hired.
