Grand Living has invested leaders who listen and want to empower all team members. They listen and value input. Everyone is happy to come to work and enjoys working alongside one another.

Cons

Grand Living is moving past start up phase, which means not all processes, policies and procedures are laid out but this creates a very exciting challenge for the right person who enjoys presenting their ideas on how current operations can be improved.
