      Pros

      Beautiful facility. Very clean, wonderful residents. Loved DON and ADON. Management tries very hard to cover staff shortages. Lots of laughter throughout the day.

      Cons

      Care givers bickering with each other. Most do a great job but some just can’t get along with anyone. Staff shortages.
