Beautiful communities, wonderful residents, caring staff

Cons

New Exec Leadership has destroyed what the founders based the company around. It has gone from a resident focused company of integrity to one of unappreciative greed and micromanagement. The longest tenured employees miss the early days when resident needs and employee appreciation were paramount. The saddest part? If you speak up, you'll be silenced.
