Pros

The residents are very nice

Cons

Hardly any communication honestly. No one really knows what is going on between departments or even same position within departments. Kitchen staff has a terrible attitude but can't blame them as Chef Taylor is a nightmare. He watches the cameras even when he is off work so he can criticize and knitpick the staff constantly. I've heard him accuse staff of ridiculous things. The residents are great. Very friendly, very few issues with them. Management needs a lot of work. Although I did hear Laura took over BM so it will probably get a little better. Pay sucks. Costs residents so much money (upwards of 5k/month) but where does it go? Not to the staff. The employee menu is a joke although they do supply 1 meal per shift. It's the same 4 unhealthy things. You can't even get fruit or vegetables and the kitchen staff will literally take half of your fries. Management will tell interviewees or new employees that their turnover rate is minimal but that is VERY untrue. There is a new face almost every day. Maybe it's okay as a starter job and to know where you don't want to end up but realistically you can't live off the pay here so no one will stay long term. If you work somewhere full time, you should be able to pay your bills without having to get 2 part time jobs. Every position is necessary to help the company run smoothly so they should not treat people as indispensable.
