Good salary. Decent benefits. Comparable to industry standard. Perks are fringe benefits are all geared to Columbus home office employees.

Cons

The company changed over the years. In 2010, there ware layoffs and office closings. Management lost the trust of the employeer after that. The company is negatively trending. Turning into Progressive wannabe.

Business causal environment when we have to go into the office

Cons

Constantly adding high paying directors and made up positions but you keep shrinking the people that are responsible for bringing in the business that actually make money. More and more are promoted to these glorified secretarial roles that are not needed but keep reducing the amount of underwriters. You could hire several underwriters for one of those high salary positions.
