Pros

I have found Grange to be an employer that strives to do the right thing. Like all companies, it is not perfect but you will find a senior leadership team that is refreshingly accessible and an employee base that seek to collaborate and treat each other with respect.

Cons

Some people don't care for a downtown commute but it is hardly a deal breaker.

Business causal environment when we have to go into the office

Cons

Constantly adding high paying directors and made up positions but you keep shrinking the people that are responsible for bringing in the business that actually make money. More and more are promoted to these glorified secretarial roles that are not needed but keep reducing the amount of underwriters. You could hire several underwriters for one of those high salary positions.
