This is a company where I feel genuinely cared about - "do the right thing" is more than a phrase, it's what actually happens. I've worked for the company for 6 years now, and I can't imagine myself working anywhere else.

Cons

While the new project and discipline taking place is needed, it's slowed things down a little in terms of decision making.

Business causal environment when we have to go into the office

Cons

Constantly adding high paying directors and made up positions but you keep shrinking the people that are responsible for bringing in the business that actually make money. More and more are promoted to these glorified secretarial roles that are not needed but keep reducing the amount of underwriters. You could hire several underwriters for one of those high salary positions.
