The revitalization of Grange's Commercial Lines operation in the time I have been here is incredible. Forward thinking and knowledgeable CL leadership at all levels that genuinely care about their people and driving profitable growth. We were well behind the industry a few years ago and have made the needed changes to position for success in an industry that is evolving. At the rate CL is growing, future career opportunities are endless. Inclusive culture that embraces diversity, gorgeous corporate office, approachable senior leadership, good benefits and flexible work arrangements are just a few of the other perks.
Cons
Long term Grange employees that were used to coasting struggled with changes necessary to catch us back up with the industry and keep us relevant. We've brought in several very talented new employees. Like any organization evolving, there can be growing pains.
