Nice building downtown Columbus. Cafeteria and exercise facility at home office.

Cons

No training will prepare you for how to get work done around here. It's like a highschool (the bad part of highschool). Perception is everything. IT and project management is a mess. Opportunity to advance or move around is very limited.

Business causal environment when we have to go into the office

Cons

Constantly adding high paying directors and made up positions but you keep shrinking the people that are responsible for bringing in the business that actually make money. More and more are promoted to these glorified secretarial roles that are not needed but keep reducing the amount of underwriters. You could hire several underwriters for one of those high salary positions.
