Several incompetent managers that push for unachievable deadlines and ill-defined tasks so that they can blame lower level when (as always) the project fails or is exceedingly late

Business causal environment when we have to go into the office

Cons

Constantly adding high paying directors and made up positions but you keep shrinking the people that are responsible for bringing in the business that actually make money. More and more are promoted to these glorified secretarial roles that are not needed but keep reducing the amount of underwriters. You could hire several underwriters for one of those high salary positions.
