An awesome place to work with a great Corporate culture that allows you to be an individual while being part of the larger Grange team. They reward their employees with multiple incentives and programs such as the Annual Accolade award . While we take time to celebrate our success as a company individual contributors are highly rewarded at Grange on a regular basis. They also offer continued learning through programs like the Lean Sigma Six Green Belt that is put on by Grange at not cost to the associate accepted into programs like this. This is a great place to work with unlimited opportunities for growth and advancement.

I wish I would have found Grange earlier in my professional job search.

Business causal environment when we have to go into the office

Cons

Constantly adding high paying directors and made up positions but you keep shrinking the people that are responsible for bringing in the business that actually make money. More and more are promoted to these glorified secretarial roles that are not needed but keep reducing the amount of underwriters. You could hire several underwriters for one of those high salary positions.
