The compensation and benefits package is competitive, and the company regularly recognizes and rewards high-performing employees. The CEO, Senior Leader Ship & Human resources teams care about their employees. The best example of this is that even though other Insurance companies are stopping merit increases due to more claims in 2023 and the volatile recession environment, the CEO and SLT at Grange Insurance still gave merit increases. This demonstrates how much Grange management values its employees. CEO and senior leadership team at Grange Insurance prioritize their employees and are willing to invest in their success even during challenging times Overall, I would highly recommend Grange Insurance as a great place to work, with a supportive culture and opportunities for professional growth.
