Pros

Grange has one of the best company cultures I've ever seen. They have excellent programs for self improvement and really cool associate-to-associate recognition program.

Cons

The major downside is the pay, they really are just not competitive anymore. To the point that when they do promote it just stops being worthwhile compared to if you found work elsewhere. I'd say in addition to that, there are many areas where promotional value is pretty stunted.

Business causal environment when we have to go into the office

Cons

Constantly adding high paying directors and made up positions but you keep shrinking the people that are responsible for bringing in the business that actually make money. More and more are promoted to these glorified secretarial roles that are not needed but keep reducing the amount of underwriters. You could hire several underwriters for one of those high salary positions.
