Pros
Granicus is solving a real problem that resonates well with customers ,if we can communicate clearly.
Cons
Sales leadership is unable to hit their numbers or successfully complete any of their enablement initiatives, instead of taking accountability for their own actions they clearly blame the sales force while not taking the time to understand the challenges we are facing. A scaled comp plan was introduced with a punitive tone, company does not recognize the amount of work that goes into selling multiple products in a new way. Culture went from one of employee recognition and collaboration to one of finger pointing (accountability measures) and fear.
