Pros

No Pros other than free gym.

Cons

Stay as far away as possible. There’s too many details to list we’d be here forever. Loads of people leaving recently - everyone’s getting out. All other bad reviews are true. Stay away.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not reflect the environment we strive to create. We take all feedback seriously, especially when it relates to how employees feel treated and supported. While we don’t agree that this review reflects the experience of everyone at our organization, we recognize that there is always room to improve and that not every role or time period is the right fit for every individual. We are actively focused on listening to employee feedback, improving communication, and continuing to evolve our people practices so that team members feel respected, supported, and valued—both professionally and personally. Our teams and leadership regularly review engagement, retention, and workplace feedback as part of these efforts. We encourage current and former employees to share specific concerns directly with HR or leadership so we can better understand their experience and take meaningful action. We wish you the best in your future endeavors and appreciate your perspective.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
