Pros

If you need a job, you will get hired. My Recruiter, Brian told me what questions to ask the manager I interviewed with and also shared exactly how to close them by asking for the job. He also gave me the keys to scoring well on the sales profile test I was emailed. It is obvious they are just trying to stuff as many bodies in seats as possible

Cons

Sold a dream of making huge money, however the reality of that is you have a better chance of being struck by lightening on a cloudless day. If you were not one of the original employees from years back, expect to make your base of $50k. The parking lot is completely full by 7:45am and if you are one minute late you could find yourself getting let go. I took this job to get some sales experience since all I had was marketing after college, and will be leaving before the year ends. This place has the feel of what I imagine jail must feel like!

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
