Pros

-Staedy pay -Benefits are offered -Off street parking -Monday to Friday work week -Weekends off depending

Cons

All workers (college grads) reside in cubes in an atmosphere like high school, no cell phones can be seen, no headphones for the tedious work are allowed, no flexibility in schedule when compensation is salary based. Work performed is repetative in all departments and is not exciting. No raises are offered. Compensation is miniscule compared to other industry competition. Minimal "bonuses" are offered but without them, you will not get by. Yes these bonuses are always in jeopardy. No room for advancement unless you want to be there for three plus years until someone more signifigant leaves and you are offered two extra, steady bones a year. This place is not a career move. Taking on more responsibility is expected, but not rewarded. Success in this company is only measured by its unreal balance sheet. Do not think outside the box, it will not get you anywhere here. To all recent grads, I strongly advise other options in the corporate sector. If you are only looking for steady pay, dont settle, you can bag groceries for this instead of glaring at spreadsheets full time where at the end of every day, you feel unaccomplished and under appreciated.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
