Pros

There are no pros with this company and I sincerely mean that so others do not have to go through the pain I went through

Cons

1. They don't tell you that there are no annual merit raises and reviews. Basically they don't provide you with all the information you need to make a good decision. Me and alot of people found out the hard way. 2. Technologies are old(still developing with visual studio 2003 and classic asp) 3. Everything is a mess and there is no documentation, even with the very few that exists, its ~6-7 years old) 4. There is no trust in anyone, they even monitor you lunch breaks which is 12-1pm) if you enter the building after 1pm you are question at the door. 5. Refuse to listen, worse they don't even give you more that 3 seconds to listen to you. 6. Management is always pulling rank "Its my way or the highway", really does anyone uses that phrase anymore. 7. No professionalism nor courtesy. I gave them my 2 week notice and they told me that its standard company policy that its termination immediately. They don't even tell you to meet with hr and benefits to get information such as cobra, remaining vacation, sick days and how you will get you last paycheck. (I believe they are breaking the law on this). 8. My manager and his managers are back stabbers and they deny everything that was said. 9. They do not supply you with paper towels to use, yes paper towel to even wipe your hands with. No paper plates, cups, plastic forks or spoons. Its really sad to see other employees raid the janitor supply room to get paper towel or steal extra napkins from restaurants when they buy lunch. 10. They do not even have a first aid kit in the building. (I believe that is another violation of the law). 11. In my 5 months in the IT dept as a Sr. Release Engineer, i counted 13 employees have resign, yes 13 which is extremely high in 5 months for the same reason above. 12. They lied to you during the interviews, I was presented with the opportunity to improve the processes and build out automation. None of this happen and everytime I bring it up my manager didn't even give me 3 seconds, I wasn't given any goals, so I decided to forge ahead and build out automation and alot of the developers were extremely happy with it. Of course he finds out and I was given the riot act speech and insist that I MUST do things his way or the highway. If I had did not forge ahead with automation I would've been sitting there for 5 months twiddling my thumbs. My manager and his manager has no idea what needs to done nor what they want or want to do,

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
