Pros

- There are a lot of opportunities to advance to the next level in your specific position. - There are gyms that are free to use for employees with bonuses for met weight loss goals. - CEO shares the progression of the company every month and how the company did at the beginning of the year. - There are bonuses for each milestone/goals made. (temps do not apply)

Cons

- Some senior-level employees seem to don't care about their temp employees. - Bay State Search is their temp agency and is the worse agency ever. - Like Granite its the mid-man, they play mid-man with their temp employees and do not tell you anything and let the temp agency tell you everything. - They do not give newly temp employees enough chances to improve what they need to work on because they do not tell you what you did wrong and you need to figure it out on your own. - Supervisors / some senior levels do not communicate with the temp enough to improve over time during the training period. - My department is heavily short staffed. Not enough for good development. And the department is 24/7 and the scheduling is not too flexible.

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
