Pros
A lot of these reviews complain about the strict schedule and sales-centric mentality across the company but these are some of the reason why the company generates 1.4 billion in yearly revenue. The workforce is very young and offers a wide array of entry level jobs. You aren't asked to work over 40 hours a week unless necessary, and if you're into working more, OT is allowed in certain roles. The company encourages self learning and will allow you to spend down time to increase your personal skill set. You get back what you put into it, so don't complain if you don't want to work hard but want to get paid top dollar at the same time. If you have a go getter mentality then its a good place for you. Asking for raises is kind of a taboo process across the company but I was rewarded when I brought to my superior's attention what I have accomplished and made my case to be paid more.
Cons
The compensation package is definitely below market average.
