Pros

To be completely honest, I cannot think of any.

Cons

So... where do I start? I guess most importantly is that this company claims that you are going to make good money here. Please do not be fooled. You will work tirelessly and bend over backwards for a base salary. Commission structure is a joke (get paid 6+ months after you finalize a deal). Turnover is INSANELY HIGH; therefore, the culture throughout the office is extremely negative. You will not **I REPEAT -- WILL NOT** be respected by upper management unless you are apart of their clique (and you won't be). Micro-management at this company is the worst I have ever seen. The people you have to be around on a daily basis are extremely miserable... all the time. It is damaging to your value of life to work here. For the love of God, don't do it. I would also like to note that people constantly walk around the office high/drunk.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
