Pros

When learning I was discouraged and even threatened for asking too many questions. Everything is a big secret there and no one is willing to help anyone else out. They use smoke and mirrors on their clients. Sales is a boys club and if you aren’t in sales or a jock you have to be an attractive female. Hands down this is the worst place I have ever worked. And the Monday morning meeting where brass strokes each other egos is actually comical so that was a good way to start each week.

Cons

You are discouraged from asking questions. Sales is a boys club over there and if you aren't a jock or an attractive female you aren't part of the "team" (which I use very loosely). They play their customers with smoke and mirrors. Turnover is outrageous. There is an air of entitlement with anyone who has been there for any duration. You can run out of the door at 5 but you are expected to be available 24/7. Monday morning meetings where brass strokes each others ego is actually comical so at least you get to waste a half an hour of the work day while the work week wastes your life.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
