Pros

Easy to get a job and it’s 8-5.

Cons

A lot of ppl have egos and are real entitled. The men get promoted more than the women here. Very selective as to who can break the rules and who can’t . It’s all about who they (managers) like and don’t like. They ask for suggestions on how to improve the company to better assist employees but when you give the suggestions. If it’s something they don’t like they tell you if you don’t like it you can leave! This place hires anyone and everyone. It’s like high school and does not treat their workers very well. All they care about it the revenue being brought in and nothing more. Everyone goes to much at the same time comes back at the same time very military like.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
