Pros

Granite Government Services has no Pros, they overwork proud and experiences

Cons

GCommunications hired a bevy of proposal and BD folks in 2019, many have gone away. Grossly immature and non experienced managers in Quincy trying to manage Tysons Corner, VA. No support, yet promised, no federal processes in place except to be told to copy and paste content and graphics from other proposals which they have lost and continue to lose. Quincy managers will not answer their own employee emails in Quincy when employee is seeking guidance. ATO issue has/has loomed for months....loss....loss...loss...when will Bob Hale realize he squanders money in Tysons? No training for Tysons folks, albeit promised. Government contracts are about contracting relationships, the company's entry-level transactional culture militates against success...have yet another yeat of losses -- yee $1.5B transactional compared to what in government contracts won recently?

Pros

This position is a great opportunity for career growth, continuous learning, and advancement. The Access Team specifically is collaborative, supportive, and highly skilled, creating a positive environment where employees can feel learn, contribute, and succeed. While I may not see this as a long-term position for myself, it offers great opportunities to build experience, develop new skills, and create a strong foundation for future career growth.

Cons

Initially, the workload was manageable and aligned with the team's capacity. However, over time, the volume of work has increased significantly, making it challenging for our current understaffed team to sustain effectively. PLEASE HIRE MORE ACCESS REPS
