Pros

Being recognized at the morning meetings for a job well done. The company gives donation to local charities. Has annual bonuses, and upper management has free breakfast and lunches sometimes.

Cons

The charities are done at the expense of the employees. They have Jean's day every Friday and it cost them money to wear jeans and then they use that money to donate to charities. It's Every week!!! Andif you don't wear jeans for one day you get weird looks from everybody you feel pressured to chip in. The pay is very low for new grad, and the turnover is high due to lack of training, often unprofessional. the people are very clicky. It's like being in high school. Those who slack off gets promoted. Those who work hard, will work even harder to pick up their slack.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
