Pros

Systematic promotion, bonuses, gym, parking I'm only writing more to fill the twenty word minimum because there are almost no pros to outweigh the cons

Cons

Upper management could care less if you were dying at your desk, everything is done to best accommodate sales and sales only. You get promoted at certain times so the company can maintain the ability to say there's space for growth. Someone who is terrible at their job will get promoted faster than you if they fluff up the right person here. Pay is ridiculously low for the amount of bs we have to put up with from management not to mention they hire people right out of college with no professional environment background so the office culture tends to feel like you're in high school. Stay away, no matter how desperate you are.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
