Pros

Onsite Gym 401k benefits Clean bathroom

Cons

The work culture is a joke: 'every man for himself' is how I would sum it up. If something goes wrong, management wouldn't mind using you as a scapegoat and give out a warning - even if its out of your control. Provided training is insufficient and unstructured, terrible communication, and toxic micromanaging within the work setting. This is not the place where you'll find yourself feeling supported, growing professionally and compensated fairly for your hard work. Promotions are usually very delayed or put off when it's brought up. The workload is always there and can be a lot, so you end up feeling mentally burnt out by the end of each day. Then waking up the next morning to rinse, dread, stress, repeat. It's not a healthy workplace environment. On top of being very very underpaid, let me just tell you: this place is not worth the eventual impact to your long term health. P.S. I still get PTSD from this place.

Pros

This position is a great opportunity for career growth, continuous learning, and advancement. The Access Team specifically is collaborative, supportive, and highly skilled, creating a positive environment where employees can feel learn, contribute, and succeed. While I may not see this as a long-term position for myself, it offers great opportunities to build experience, develop new skills, and create a strong foundation for future career growth.

Cons

Initially, the workload was manageable and aligned with the team's capacity. However, over time, the volume of work has increased significantly, making it challenging for our current understaffed team to sustain effectively. PLEASE HIRE MORE ACCESS REPS
