Pros
There are a few rare managers who genuinely care about their employees.
Cons
New employees are given a "How to Succeed" chart. It includes, "Come in Early, Stay Late." It fails to mention that you won't be paid for that. Do Whatever it Takes: Lie, Cheat, AND Steal, should be the motto for the sales departments. But they don't have to worry - everyone else takes the fall for their behavior. If you want to work at Granite - remember that no one cares about you, you're disposable, and you don't matter, regardless of how smart or hard-working you are. Just make them money! Working at Granite gave me panic attacks. I had nightmares about it on a regular basis.
