Pros

fairly decent health care plan but not that great.

Cons

a company that focuses entirely on call volume. there is no execution on how to run a sales cycle. they only cared how many cold calls I made per day not about the quality of opportunities or the number of meetings I booked. My manager harassed his entire team one by one until he was the manager of no one and then demoted to account manager. There is no sense of community or team work which makes the work place extremely lonely especially when you are forced to work in the office. Rob Hale the CEO is out of touch from the early talent of his company, he routinely touts he only likes the people who make him money and until you you do he doesn't care who you are. My commissions were cut by 60% which is a kick in the teeth from a leader who says you can make so much money here if you work hard.

Pros

This position is a great opportunity for career growth, continuous learning, and advancement. The Access Team specifically is collaborative, supportive, and highly skilled, creating a positive environment where employees can feel learn, contribute, and succeed. While I may not see this as a long-term position for myself, it offers great opportunities to build experience, develop new skills, and create a strong foundation for future career growth.

Cons

Initially, the workload was manageable and aligned with the team's capacity. However, over time, the volume of work has increased significantly, making it challenging for our current understaffed team to sustain effectively. PLEASE HIRE MORE ACCESS REPS
