I like the sales position and ability to prospect new businesses. This is a challenging role and you need to diligent and consistent daily. It's a structured environment on the sales floor with energy but I thrive in that kind of office culture. Very good commission plan and quarterly bonuses where you can make very good money if you sell. I recommend working at Granite and it's a great place to start your sales career and get excellent sales training and development. The company has a good benefits package. The base salary could be higher and the commission structure provides ample opportunity for additional income based on your performance. They do offer hybrid weekly work schedule.
