Pros

If you're willing to put in the work, this place can truly change your life. The opportunity to grow professionally and financially is unmatched. It’s a performance-driven culture where effort, consistency, and a strong mindset are rewarded. Leadership is supportive, training is thorough, and the path to success has been proven by many of the newer, and tenured reps, making a fantastic living. You are paid via quarterly bonuses, monthly attainment commissions and residuals. You’re surrounded by ambitious, like-minded people who want to see each other win. The income potential is substantial and absolutely real—I've seen firsthand how dedication can lead to life-changing results. Granite also is very strong in the market with a good mix of services and innovative technology that has a real place in every industry. The CEO, SVP and leadership team are always willing to not only get on calls to provide Granite's value statement but willing to fly out in person to meet with your customers and perspective companies. I've been here over 7+ years, and it's truly changed my life.

Cons

It’s not easy, and it’s not for everyone. You need to be self-motivated and ready to hustle. But if you have that drive, you’ll thrive.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
