Pros

It's good place to start out your career, great gym, decent benefits

Cons

Lack of understanding from management, teams on the operations side are overtaxed and neglected while customer-facing teams don't take responsibility and are overly demanding. Constant push towards new technology without the proper follow through or understanding of the ramifications.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found value in our benefits, gym facilities, and the opportunities we offer for those early in their careers. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding management and team dynamics. Your perspective on the challenges faced by our operations teams and the implementation of new technologies is important, and we recognize that any imbalance or lack of support can impact the overall experience. While it’s disappointing to hear that you felt advice wasn't welcomed, we do strive to foster a culture where all voices are heard and considered. We’re continually working on improving cross-team collaboration, supporting our internal teams more equitably, and ensuring thoughtful execution when adopting new technologies. Feedback like yours is valuable in helping us grow and identify areas where we can do better. Thank you again for helping us reflect and improve.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
