Pros

nothing, these guys are horrible and pay is terrble

Cons

terrible pay structure, there is a direct payout method here. which means that you dont get paid until granite gets paid. that means if you sell a deal only 1/3 goes to your monthly quota which is astronomically high. managers will take advantage and steal commission from Reps.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience at Granite did not meet your expectations. We strive to create a workplace that is transparent, fair, and supportive of our employees’ growth and success. We recognize that our commission structure may not work for everyone, and we’re always open to feedback on how we can improve. That said, we take concerns about compensation and fairness seriously and encourage current employees to bring any such issues directly to HR or their leadership teams for review. We also want to clarify that all reviews on platforms like Glassdoor are user-generated, and while we do actively read and respond to feedback—both positive and negative—it’s only because we care about the employee experience and want to learn from it. We appreciate your time at Granite and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

No pros what so ever.

Cons

This company and specifically the collections department have very little opportunity for growth, despite what may be promised during the hiring process. Honestly, it’s a circus. Non stop tasks are thrown at employees each day. And Goals are constantly increased so analyst can’t reach them. Employees who work hard and consistently perform well often find themselves stuck in the same position with no clear path for advancement. Promotions and opportunities never appear to be based on performance or merit. Management is one of the biggest issues. They have no clue. Favoritism is prevalent, and certain employees seem to receive special treatment, better opportunities, and more support than others. This creates a frustrating and discouraging work environment where many employees feel undervalued and overlooked. Morale suffers when performance and dedication are overlooked in favor of personal relationships and when there is little accountability for management and no transparency regarding career development. Communication from leadership is lacking, and employee concerns are not addressed. Management gets defensive when employees ask questions or disagree with their stupid decisions. Overall, it can be a VERY challenging place to build a longterm career if you are looking for fair treatment, professional growth, and strong leadership. Turnover rate is very high. Also, micro management is at an all time high. Would not even recommend this place to a college grad for entry level experience, if i could Put 0 stars, i would. For the sake of your mental health, stay far away.
