This is the first time we have received such feedback. We take it seriously. If given the opportunity to hear your concerns with more particulars and in person, we would welcome it. If you are uncomfortable supplying more details in person, we invite you to convey them to us anonymously using the "suggestion box" near the printer in the reception area or a soon-to-be-created online form that will permit anonymous feedback. Please give us a chance to fix the problem. We'll give it our best shot. -Myles

Pros

My coworkers were great to work with

Cons

- Management here is extremely poor, even compared to companies where I had lower workplace satisfaction - Too much pivoting due to poor resource planning + management due to a poorly crafted longitudinal vision - Disingenuous execution of cultural outlook - Feedback is inconsistent and not supported by clear metrics/expectations

Response from our President: Thanks for complimenting your co-workers. It is a welcome tribute to our culture. For the past 20 years, Grant Street has sustained an organic, compound annual growth rate exceeding 20%. Surely such an extraordinary track record requires competent management. And, to your point, it requires lots of pivoting to sustain it, which has been and will continue to be possible only by developing what you describe as our newer, “extraordinary frontline staff”.
