Grant Street Group Response

Our CEO, Myles Harrington, asked me to pass along the following response to your review: Thanks for acknowledging your former colleagues and our commitment to work-life balance. Based on employee feedback, we believe our health plan is comprehensive, generous and competitive. To my knowledge, we have never lost an employee or a recruit due to a perceived deficiency in our coverages. We try hard to get compensation right, but sometimes we miss the mark. These days it's a moving target. That's why we have always encouraged employees to tell us frankly when they feel they are undercompensated. We maintain a bias in their favor when they do and frequently make adjustments in response. If you discovered you were significantly underpaid after leaving Grant Street, we are sincerely sorry to hear it. It's as much of a surprise to us as to you.

Pros

My coworkers were great to work with

Cons

- Management here is extremely poor, even compared to companies where I had lower workplace satisfaction - Too much pivoting due to poor resource planning + management due to a poorly crafted longitudinal vision - Disingenuous execution of cultural outlook - Feedback is inconsistent and not supported by clear metrics/expectations

Grant Street Group Response

Response from our President: Thanks for complimenting your co-workers. It is a welcome tribute to our culture. For the past 20 years, Grant Street has sustained an organic, compound annual growth rate exceeding 20%. Surely such an extraordinary track record requires competent management. And, to your point, it requires lots of pivoting to sustain it, which has been and will continue to be possible only by developing what you describe as our newer, “extraordinary frontline staff”.
