Pros

The level of personalism shown by the leadership, coworkers, and Data Team specifically, is outstanding. This company and its managers care about their employees and they show it time and time again. In this industry, you don't find that level of care very often. I also find that my coworkers are among some of the best and brightest that I have ever worked with.

Cons

While the diversity of the company is improving, it still has a ways to go. Inclusion has been great though. Some benefits could be improved to be the "gold standard" instead of just "good".

Wow! Thank you for taking the time to give your company and your colleagues such a highly complimentary review. It should certainly help promote a more diverse pool of applicants. And be sure to tell us how you think we can advance from good to great in our benefits offering.

Pros

My coworkers were great to work with

Cons

- Management here is extremely poor, even compared to companies where I had lower workplace satisfaction - Too much pivoting due to poor resource planning + management due to a poorly crafted longitudinal vision - Disingenuous execution of cultural outlook - Feedback is inconsistent and not supported by clear metrics/expectations

Response from our President: Thanks for complimenting your co-workers. It is a welcome tribute to our culture. For the past 20 years, Grant Street has sustained an organic, compound annual growth rate exceeding 20%. Surely such an extraordinary track record requires competent management. And, to your point, it requires lots of pivoting to sustain it, which has been and will continue to be possible only by developing what you describe as our newer, “extraordinary frontline staff”.
