Pros

Great training program. Kind, enthusiastic mentors. Interesting, inspiring leaders. Interesting, smart, kind colleagues. Trying to make a positive work culture. Responsive to feedback. Decent pay although on the low side for industry. Open to people from different backgrounds (non-tech). Great place for young people to get a start in tech.

Cons

Rigid in belief structure. Lack of diversity in leadership. Growing too rapidly for upper management to really stay involved or aware of what is happening with the culture. Tendency for team leads to "kiss up and kick down" to get ahead. High rate of turnover. Tendency to mistake the role of critical feedback in motivation and performance. Recruit top performers and leave them feeling de-valued.

- Management here is extremely poor, even compared to companies where I had lower workplace satisfaction - Too much pivoting due to poor resource planning + management due to a poorly crafted longitudinal vision - Disingenuous execution of cultural outlook - Feedback is inconsistent and not supported by clear metrics/expectations
