GHS was a small hospital based hospital corporation with a good Medical Director. Many long term employees still working at GHS.

Cons

So small we are short staffed with daily messages about needing help to cover a shift (just about daily).

Benefits are okay. You get a free birthday meal each year.

Cons

Management has run the department Into the ground. Favoritism shown by management. Low morale. Majority of seasoned staff have left.
